Glenn Roland is a proven performer in both Fortune 500 and start-up environments. Most recently, Vice President, Global Partnerships at EA Mobile for 4 years delivering significant revenue and profit growth, and global partnership agreements with top executives at several of the world’s largest technology companies. Mr. Roland is a strategic thinker, with a successful record in partnership management, global team management, new business development, product development and global expansion. Roland received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University.
MARC LUTZ

Since his teens, Marc Lutz has been an avid computer user working to understand this fascinating technology, and he has co-founded several technology-focused startups. As a founding member of Mobile Post Production, he guided hundreds of games and mobile apps through the production and launch process, gaining a deep understanding of mobile and social technologies, cross-platform development and porting, using social media as a tool and using gamification to drive user behavior. With the acquisition of MPP by EA, Mr. Lutz would work as a Senior Technical Director for Electronic Arts, Interactive. Before MPP, as CTO for several startup companies, Mr. Lutz led research efforts into a variety of technologies, including speech and Voice over IP solutions, real-time multimedia communications and video game infrastructure. Mr. Lutz provides day-to-day guidance and project management to Tech Round’s developer resources, as well as key project design support.

Founder and Chairman of Verde Smart Motors, Inc. (Manufacturer of motors for Spas, Pools and HVAC Systems). Also serves on the Board of Hydropool Industries. (Spa Manufacturing and Retail Business), and HIOX Capital (Investment Firm). Previously Mr. Roland was Executive Chairman of Global Wide Media (Global Digital Advertising Firm) and Chairman of the Board of Force Lacrosse/LAX Locker (Lacrosse Travel Teams and Retail Store). Prior to his career as board leader, mentor, and investor, Roland served as Co-Founder, President and CEO of Mobile Post Production Inc. (MPP, Ketsujin Studios, Pockent and TVFI) which were all sold to Electronic Arts in April of 2011. Roland spent 13 years prior to that at Hewlett-Packard in various Management and Sr. Management roles. Roland received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University.

At the age of 10, Mark met and fell in love with the Apple II computer, putting aside a promising career as a violinist and diving headlong into business and technology. Mark sold his first program that year, had his first company by the age of 13 and entered university with 25 employees and the top-selling video game of the year under his belt. Since then Mark has built and sold several companies and has become a sought after adviser and mentor. Mark's first on-line success was VR-1, a company he helped build into the world's largest publisher of Massively Multiplayer Games by creating a vision for MMO gaming, inventing novel communication protocols and leading development around the world. Mark's latest posting was as Chief Technology Officer of Electronic Arts Interactive, which he joined through the acquisition of a company he co-founded, and where he led the evolution of EA's mobile, social and online products and platforms.
